At Gudi Silks, every product is handpicked and carefully inspected before shipping. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality.
🔸 No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
🔸 Exchange Policy (for Damaged Items Only)
We only offer an exchange if the product you received is damaged or defective.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos or videos of the damaged item to our WhatsApp or email.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability).
The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that minor variations in color or texture may occur due to camera lighting or screen resolution. These are not considered damages and are not eligible for exchange.
🔸 Custom Orders
Custom-stitched blouses, fall & pico services, and altered sarees are not eligible for exchange or return.
